all very kind and helpful.Even had help to carry my goods to the car. I do wish a new system could be organised so to buy plants and take to the car and then have a meal or just a coffee you dont have to walk twice round the store. As an old lady I find this too much.

They have everything you need and not to expensive.

I went for 50 % off bedding plants and was pleased with what I bought.

My first trip to the Andover store, quite disappointed. The Ladies Toilets had been flooded and I entered the room to find an employee mopping up and my sandals quite wet. A notice outside the door would have been helpful. So I used the disabled toilet instead. It wasn't that clean and the cleaning rota tick list had not been updated in 6 days. The toilet roll dispenser wasn't working and there was a loose roll sitting on top of the sanitary bin. Some things I looked at (such as 50 bird ball tubs on a pallet) were unpriced. Finally there was a long and very slow queue at checkout. I won't make a special trip back.

All Ok, but just OK. My local Garden Centre so will continue to use for basics - always overpriced! Choice very wide, which is good.

Always a delight to shop in Dobbies, they have a huge variety of garden equipment, furniture, plants and vegetables at very reasonable prices. I'll be back

Took an aging neighbour out to lunch, she was so spoiled by everyone it made her day. The food was excellent and she even got herself a lovely houseplant.

I always enjoy our visits to Dobbies. The coffee is excellent and both my husband and I love sitting down with a cup of coffee after we go round the plants. The seed choice is excellent and you always find what you want. Being dog friendly also puts an extra star as our four legged friend loves it too.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. They are happy to give advice and point you to the right person to ask for specific answers.

This used to be an immaculate and ordered plant centre at Andover. It was a pleasure to visit.

Yesterday’s visit was dismal. Huge trollies of plants everywhere with a seeming total disregard to wheelchair users. Plants at the entrance in desperate need of water - don’t bother looking at the roses.

What has happened Dobbies?

The knowledgeable staff are run off their feet with what appears to be little guidance for them outside.

Went for our coffee courtesy of the Dobbies card. Had to buy a cake as they looked so scrummy. They tasted scrummy too! The plants looked so healthy but I resisted this time.

Such a lovely experience, the cafe was beautiful with lovely food, staff were so friendly and helpful and the products were great - we will definitely be back!

Need more staff to assist and upgrade to cafe/restaurant badly needed. Existing staff very helpful. Excellent quality of goods and superb layout outside & inside store.

I was disappointed when I used my Dobbies birthday voucher as it did not fulfill the offer of a choice between cake and scones as there we no scones on offer which would of been my preferred choice.
