We meet our friends there for coffee and cak n have great service.

Unfortunately, it’s a rather variable experience, sometimes ok, sometimes not

Service was good, drinks lovely and hot. Carrot cake delicious. Shortbread biscuit very bland, not sweet, not buttery.

The quality of plants is very good. Lots of choice of plants/trees/shrubs/
herbaceous. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Poor food choice, usually no cake, becoming the usual thing to do hot drinks only. Gone down hill quickly, don't bother, waste of time.

I bought a bag of aftercut all in one last week. On top of a bag was a sign that said it was going on offer for something like £14. I dont remember the exact figure but when I got to the till I was charged £25 for it. I only realized this when I got home. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I have come to the conclusion that this is being done deliberately.

I went during a sale by t quiet time of day. There was a very helpful lady at hand willingly showing me alternatives to some of the things I had tentatively chosen. I was very pleased with my simple purchases although at home later found some quite damaged/ riddled leaves. These have been quite simply dealt with during the past three or four weeks. Thank you.

We love Dobbies! Great plants at super prices, especially the reduced ones!

No problems whatsoever. Always enjoy visiting Dobbies, especially the coffee shop.

We wanted to buy a particular paving slab that had just gone out of stock. We were told: No they couldn't be ordered, no they couldn't be reserved, no they couldn't tell when they might be back in stock and no the web site couldn't be used. The only option was apparently to ring up regularly to check if they were in the latest delivery.

We called multiple times over several weeks. The phone system was often set to "this store is now closed" even though it was open, if it was 'open' it always took a very long time for anyone to answer. On more than one occasion the staff member was reluctant to or clearly irritated by having to physically check.

Having that morning been told that the slabs were still not in stock we went to the store for another reason only to find the slabs were in fact there!

Very poor systems, very poor customer service

Sadly the level of service was slow, as we had to ask if we could place our order.

This cafe inside a lovely garden centre at Andover needs a total management overhaul.
Choose somewhere else to stop for lunch would be my advice! What a shame.

A good variety of plants & products at competitive prices. Nice Restaurant/Cafe & friendly, helpful staff.

Got everything I needed

Always a nice place to visit & browse. Unusual to come away empty handed - unless we ate or drank it in the cafe!

Waitress excellent. Unfortunately some of the main meals on the children’s menu were not available. Otherwise service and cleanliness excellent. Had the coronation sandwich . I would have preferred a larger sandwich ( the bread slices used were very small) without fries and coleslaw.

When I visited the restaurant at the Andover SP11 7DN earlier
this month (17/7 and I spent £19.90)I was given a receipt that did not show either the points gained for the spend or the bonus points I was eligible for. Despite asking various people I am not sure if the points were allocated - hence the ratings.

Great selection of plants, excellent quality and value for money.
