Cheap Quality, No Customer Support
Spent a lot on a Spacepro sliding wardrobe kit — poor quality and even worse service. Tried to exchange two unused doors, was told I’d have to return the whole kit. No flexibility, no help.
Even offered to buy parts to fix it myself — they weren’t interested. For the price, the quality is shocking and the customer service is non-existent. Never again.

Missed items of delivery
End panel missing from the delivery so unable to start installing the doors, still waiting for the end panel 4 weeks later!….
Didn’t seem to care after manufacturing and transferring to their delivery company, shocking service with next to no way of contacting the delivery company for updates.
Wouldn’t recommend!

It is disappointing to read that you have experienced an unsatisfactory service so far.
After some investigation, I can see that there was an initial system error with the End panel and Liners not pulling through to manufacturing when the order was released. However this was dealt with and the order was raised after your initial call to our Customer Support team.
It does look like our delivery company Kinetic's have sent a couple of texts to try and schedule a delivery date for the outstanding items but unfortunately they weren't responded to. However delivery has now been confirmed for 05/06/25 between 9am-12pm.
Your feedback is appreciated and has been passed to all departments concerned. This will help to improve training and development within our business.
Once you have received your final delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team if you require any assistance.

By installing it myself, I saved over £500, which significantly reduced my financial burden.
The product I bought from this DIY-spacepro was absolutely brilliant. It was exactly what I was looking for and they sent it to me promptly.
Installation was generally easy, however, I encountered some difficulties with the hydraulic mechanism for smooth closing. The instructions for this part were unclear, making it challenging to fit correctly. I ultimately decided to forgo the hydraulic feature, but despite this, the product looks absolutely brilliant.
Aside from the issue with the hydraulic mechanism, the installation was straightforward and the product quality is truly exceptional.

Smooth glide, nice looking doors.
Delivery was delayed but now the doors are up they look great. Smooth glide and sturdy make.
However as they don’t have handles it is something to get used to when trying to open them.

Excellent in every way
Very pleased with all aspects of our installation. The quality of the survey, which included expert advice, telephone support from the manufacturers and the installation itself all exceeded our expectations.
Communication was excellent at all stages.
The contractors who completed the installation were fantastic, they worked cleanly and efficiently with respect for our property. Shaping of panels to fit a curved ceiling and picture rails was required, this was done flawlessly.
The finished installation has completely transformed our room, we are very impressed by the quality of materials and the functionality of the sliding doors.

Delivery problems
I am having the same delivery problems as outlined in several previous recent posts.
My order placed 5 weeks ago (with 3 week delivery estimate) has still not arrived & despite repeated attempts contacting the company I have not been provided with any planned delivery information.
I see from a company response to a previous post that their delivery company went into administration in early July. Why have recent customers not been alerted to delivery schedule problems at time of placing orders & why is there no information provided to requests for current planned delivery dates?
Very disappointing poor customer service in my view

We do apologise for the service you have received. Unfortunately our previous delivery company did go into administration which left us with a significant backlog of cancelled deliveries. This has been a difficult period for all involved with a number of teething issues as new systems had to be integrated. Ordered and paid for minimalist sliding…
Ordered and paid for minimalist sliding wardrobe doors. Despite several calls to company, I have been advised parts are out of stock. Then contacted to say now In Stock and delivery company will contact me to arrange delivery. We are now 6 weeks since payment was taken and I have received a txt to ‘ assure ‘ me that the order is in planning stage ? I am very unhappy and can not comment on the quality of goods as I have not seen sight of them.

Missing goods, no help
I don't have all the goods I ordered. The delivery company arrived with a partial delivery a month ago, but I'm still owed over £1000 of goods. No response to my enquiries from the delivery company and the only thing I get from the supplier is that they're really sorry and will chase the delivery company again.
No action, no goods, poor service.

Beware bespoke ordering!
Ordered first wardrobe via BandQ that was fine it was easy to install, the second unit was bespoke and you only get 24 hours to alter any measurements, which I needed to do, as I looked at the email after 24 hours I could not alter measurements ,you went ahead and manufactured the unit which was no use to me and insisted on delivering the unit, costly mistake to the tune of £750! DOUBLE CHECK MEASUREMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDERING OR YOU COULD COME UNSTUCK, Prospace need to give a longer time to confirm measurements , not everyone is constantly scanning emails!

Absolutely shocking, do not buy from Spacepro… failed delivery after waiting over 1 month.

You just get fobbed off!
ITS your business you should be thinking about!! It doesn’t hurt to call you customers or MAYBE change your courier.

On July 5th our transport provider entered administration. We are now up and running with a new home delivery provider but there was a significant backlog of cancelled deliveries that needed to move warehouses and be planned with the new transport company. Failed to delliver
After a month of waiting for my order I gave up and cancelled. Between B&Q customer service and the supplier I have been given the run around. Will not buy from B&Q online again and will not buy Spacepro.

We found the instructions lacking
We found the instructions lacking. There were panels of wood delivered with no mention as to what they were for The sliding doors did not appear to fit.
However after phoning your helpline the extremely helpful operator explained that you had to put the runners on the
boards and with the wheels etc the door would fit
On following her instructions the doors fitted perfectly Well pleased with the end result

Quality sliding doors that look great
The doors were delivered as expected and were well packed for transport. For a DIY'er they were quite straightforward to install. The fitted doors look lovely in our redecorated bedroom.
Wasn't expecting the slow close mechanisms as I didn't read anything about them when I ordered the doors. However they give the doors a luxury feel when closing them
