The customer service advisor was helpful and seemed to be genuinely interested in any questions I might have. The discussion on terms and conditions appeared to be open and honest.

I wanted to increase my internet speed and a very polite and knowledgeable assistant called Snigdha helped through the details of what I exactly needed.
DirectSave are a good company to deal.

Please do not use this company!! They are unable to provide in the terms and conditions that I received that I would need to sign up to a whole new agreement if/when I bought a new property. However they referred me to their website which they have since updated. When I called to ask for clarity on this at 1654 I was told they wouldn’t help as they were ready to go home. I was then told that it was common sense that I should have known about the moving home policy!! What a joke!! Then wanting me to sign a 24 month agreement!
I rang up and spoke to Snigdha about a direct debit matter. She was incredibly helpful and resolved the situation quickly and also gave me some excellent advice about upgrading to Full Fibre.

I am still waiting for the router — it’s been almost a week. I keep calling customer service, and they assure me they will investigate or call me back, but nothing happens. Each person tells me the same thing.
Today, the operator was rude and dismissive when I explained that I had already called in the morning and was simply looking for an update before the end of the day. In the end, after speaking to me very poorly and me raising a complaint about his behaviour, he repeated what others had said — that no one seems to know where the router is or whether it has even been dispatched. I was told I might receive another dispatch tomorrow.
At this point, I can’t cancel, but the service is not worth the money. I would strongly recommend going with another provider — this has been a very stressful experience so far.

Kerry, whom I spoke to was helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my renewable contract ,happy with service provided.

Received a call to discuss contract renewal. Excellent customer service. Was introduced to the conversion from analogue to digital (copper to fibre) and had a chance to talk about the installation and internal wiring issues with their technical support.
Can thoroughly recommend DirectSave Telecom.

She was extremely helpful and very understanding of our situation. Kerry had then done a follow up call with me on Monday which was really nice also! Thanks again for all your help :)
