Poor communication

Poor communication, took a total of 3 hours of phone calls to get sorted what I had already completed. I would say something clearly and get a completely unrelated response.

Unreliable.

They did not contact Gippswater and get that set up for me like they said they would now meaning we were paying for water at our old address aswell as now we have to pay for water for our new property. Did not properly disconnect our gas when it was supposed to be done.

NO GAS

Since the day I moved in (13 sept), I’m begging to Red Energy/ Jemina to install my gas
The answer that I have is always that the staff is going to check
Gas meter is outside the house so it’s no problem to access it.
I don’t know what I can do to solve it
Should direct connect solve it?

The Customer service guy is full of…

The Customer service guy is full of passionate which is perfect, but the problem is I barely understood what he was saying as he has very strong accent, which makes it tougher for me as a non-native English speaker.

It was truly bad as Direct Connect was…

It was truly bad as Direct Connect was given the wrong address of my property to AGL for connection. so I had to call many times to AGL for correction and 10 days no power to my home....!!!
