I initially received an empty package but it wasn't their fault, it was a mistake at the Amazon fulfilment centre. I notified the excellent customer services and they dispatched the item the same day. It arrived the following day. You can't ask more than that.
Scam company , ordered 3kg bag of fish food , their ad showed plastic bag with weight clearly marked as 3kg . Paid a price comparable with other online sites for 3kg .
I received a tub with 0.9 kg
When I raised this with them they said they would ring back and didn’t . Then eventually got an email saying their ad showed 3kg in error (what ???) and said as a gesture of goodwill I could have a 20% discount on future order ( what????) I’d still be out of pocket !!!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY
No problems here. Super quick delivery (which was free)and very reasonably priced.
I bought the Jakoti hand shears and they were the cheapest I could find online.
This is the first time I've used direct4gardens and I think they must be a new site because I can't find many reviews for them online.
Anyway I felt compelled to write one as I was in urgent need for some pest control (rat traps) as my partner was freaking out. They advised me which was the best option for my predicament and I received next day after ordering at 4pm.
Very happy with the customer service and even happier with the rapid delivery.
