Hello
We've had a look into your order and can see that it was for a product called Codeine Linctus. We have to be very careful with sales of this product as it is only intended to be used for a short period of time.
This is why we have the policy on our website you may only purchase one bottle every three months.
When going through the checkout, we can see that you ticked the 'yes' box to the question 'I have read and understood the policy on the sale and supply of this product'. However, when we look at your account, you have tried to place a number of orders well within this time frame, hence your order wasn't issued this time.
We take patient safety very carefully and felt in this instance it was best to recommend you visit your GP to assess your symptoms further rather than make additional supplies that would contravene our three month policy.

Excellent service and products!
Been using DIMEC for a few months with several orders. Great and cheap deals which makes it much easier to order online than go to the pharmacy that charges you a bomb! I would defo recommend DIMEC to anyone with any pharmacy needs!
10/10 for email communication and delivery.

Great when the goods arrive; poor experience when they don't
I had one order which went fine, and then another which went wrong. Royal Mail "lost" the parcel, so they dispatched a replacement, but to the address from the first order not the (different) address from the second order, so it didn't arrive either. I had to chase it, several times, and work out myself what had went wrong before a refund was provided. The communication frequency was poor - I had to drive it. The person I interacted with was polite, when I heard from him - no complaints about that. According to TrustPilot, 2 stars means "Poor - an inadequate experience with a lot of friction", and that about sums it up.
