Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to Mr David and Ese for their unwavering support throughout the duration of my course and after. From my experience, I can really tell that they’re both committed to ensuring that all students understand their course and are happy to help when anyone gets stuck. Mr David encouraged me to keep applying for the roles I wanted and finally I got the job. To anyone wondering if they should do a course with DIIT training, please do. It’s so worth it. The lead instructor was an amazing tutor, who took her time to make sure we all were carried along, she would stop intermittently, to respond to questions, give clarifications and clear all doubts. Her industry expertise came out to play, and it was the best decision I have made in recent times.

I learnt a lot, just to highlight a few.
-We were thoroughly trained on the different requirement documents, both business and technical. I am hence armed with the ability to produce documents such as project initiation document(PID), BRDs, process flow/mapping documents, RACI matrix, RAID log etc.Thus improving my core skills as a BA.

-I learnt about in scope, out scope, how to handle scope creep etc.High level requirement also known as Epic story in an agile project, project boundaries, risks, assumptions as well as deliverables.

-Another favorite aspect of this training was my exposure to stakeholder management vis-à-vis engagement. I was exposed to different engagement levels of key stakeholders, impact of change of scope to stakeholders, stakeholders' communication requirements, stakeholder management plan as well.

- I was exposed to relevant tools and software e.g JIRA , MS Visio, Lucid , Salesform CRM etc. This training has greatly improved my key strengths as a BA such as my analytical skills, technical skills, communication skills, problem solving as well as decision making skills.

- Just to conclude,I know this training would greatly impact my future career as a business analyst and project manager. I believe I have upskilled, learning the theoretical and practical aspects of business analysis. I am armed with super helpful resources such as templates, recordings, learning from breakout activities and task. The takeaway from this training would last me a lifetime. I am more confident, knowledgeable and inspired to apply, smash interviews and take on junior BA roles in the nearest future. The entire experience has positively impacted my life and my chosen career field. I can't say thank you enough. 🙏

Course teacher clearly explained the course very well.

Each class on each day was very informative and i felt like course teacher took her time to break down any questions i had.
