Make sure people are listened too
The young Man I spoke to was easy to speak to and he listened to what I had to say. He made sure I understood everything and he didn’t hurry me up when I talked about my life, which I really appreciated and that was one of the main reason I decided to take out the policy.

William the salesman was very clear on all that Dignity was about, answered all my questions clearly and precise and fun to talk too, not just a robot reading off a script.
