Tasty and convenient
Diet Chef has been a tasty and convenient way for me to lose weight. The monthly delivery and the ability to store meals without any fear that they will spoil were elements that I really appreciated. I lost an average of 1kg (2.2lbs) each week.
I particularly enjoyed the granolas for breakfast, the vegetarian chilli for lunch and the cauliflower and lentil dhal for dinner.
Jenny from the customer service team was very helpful when I made enquiries about my account.
I would recommend Diet Chef to anyone looking for a fuss-free meal plan.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. According to our records, your order was delivered on the 17th of June. As part of our 14-day return policy, you’re absolutely entitled to return your first box, and a member of our team is already assisting you with this.
DHL has confirmed they’ll be collecting your return today, and once it’s been received, we’ll make sure your refund is processed as quickly as possible. We truly apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve this for you.

Shocking - poor delivery meant were £500+ out of pocket until the parcels make their way back
The DHL delivery driver left our parcels (we had ordered enough for two people) outside a house round the back of ours even though someone was in my house waiting for it and we have a porch that it could have been left in. The neighbour was on holiday and the parcel was no longer outside.
We have since recovered it from a house nearby after doing some detective work but it was after 2-3 days.
We are waiting for a refund from diet chef - they won’t refund until their parcels are returned so it’s lucky we were able to locate them. If they’d been stolen (which could have been very possible as they were left in view of the road) we would be unable to claim it back I assume.
Dreadful service - will never use again and will be spreading the word to anyone thinking about giving them a go.
Had they have sent us a replacement when we first contacted, as it’s not our fault the dhl delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to walk round the corner to our house,I would think differently.

While we do rely on third-party couriers like DHL, it's our responsibility to ensure your order reaches you safely. In situations where a parcel is confirmed lost, we always offer either a full refund or a replacement box straight away. However, as your box was eventually recovered, our policy requires it to be returned before we can process a refund — which we know isn’t ideal and we’re sorry for any added inconvenience this has caused.

The food is seriously disgusting
The food is seriously disgusting. When you open each dish tray, the food is always a dark brown, no matter what the flavour of the dish you've chosen. Not nice. The food itself is too salty and seriously uneatable. DO NOT BUY!

Missing Planning booklets in one of our 2 x package
My wife and I ordered our diet chef 4 month plan at the same time on the same computer, however when our packages arrived at the same time there were only booklets in my package, and not my wife's? to help with monitoring and recording our progress.
Is this something you can post out for my Wife's benefit asap? as we are doing this plan together.
