Caveat emptor
Caveat emptor, buyer beware. Warning to all if you pay for something inadvance in DID you may never get the item and you will be left waiting for your refund. This is my experience and if you do business with them and get messed about, this foreign owned company won't offer compensation. Time to enforce brexit, shop local at least they will communicate with you.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately, after your order was placed, the dishwasher that was originally showing as available was found to be unavailable. We appreciate how frustrating this situation can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused. When you visited the store, we immediately investigated the matter and contacted our purchasing team for an update. As we were unable to obtain a confirmed delivery date, we offered an alternative model that is normally more expensive at no additional cost, along with an extended 5-year warranty. Following our conversation, we provided the model details for your consideration and were awaiting your decision on whether this option would be suitable. We remain happy to assist further and discuss the available options with you.
