Excellent customer service and knowledge of products

Mandy was very helpful when myself and my husband went in looking at coffee machines. We knew what we wanted but didnt know which one was the better option for us. She went through each and answered all our questions. We told her our budget and she went online to check other ones and to see if they were in stock in their other stores or warehouse. She was very friendly and easy to chat too. Excellent customer service.
