Poor customer service and communication
I had a very disappointing experience with DID Electrical in Terryland due to poor customer service and communication throughout.
I was supplied with a Whirlpool washing machine that appeared to be faulty from the outset, as it was leaking a substantial volume of water. When I contacted the store, I was informed that an engineer would first need to assess the machine in my home before a replacement could be issued.
Because of the difficulties I experienced trying to resolve the issue, I requested either a replacement machine or a refund. I was initially informed that, under store policy, replacements or refunds were not available for installed or opened appliances.
I then contacted the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for guidance regarding my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Based on the information I received, I raised the matter again with the store manager and was eventually able to arrange a replacement machine within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward purchase became a lengthy and stressful process that required numerous phone calls and emails to resolve.
I also had to repeatedly follow up to obtain a copy of my receipt, and there were communication issues regarding the delivery date and time for both deliveries.
While I acknowledge that faults can happen with appliances, I was very unhappy with how difficult and time-consuming the matter was to resolve.

Spoke with Michael during the week about a TV, went home did some research and the information he gave match, he knows his stuff, I purchased the TV today, I would recommend him for any information you need on a new TV. 5* Service.

Air fryer
We were in to buy air fryer. Steffy was really helpful to show us the air fryer. She gave us detailed instructions of how to use it. She gave us lot of options to choose from and also the discount. We also got covered with additional warranty for the product which was very helpful.
