Was dealing with the young girl steffy, she is a credit to your business. Bought a few items off her today. Busy Tuesday. Many browsers, and to his credit, the lad whom I assume is a manager, black shirt and tie, black pants, beard, came over to assist her and ourselves with any technical questions Steffy was uncertain about. It was due to this commitment to customer service is why I decided to go with DID electrical

The experience was really great
The experience was really great. I was looking for Remington Hairdryer. They helped me out looking for one. Staff member Anthony helped me out. It was really great experience.

I was tied for time
I was tied for time . Popped in for a quick look..Steffy in the Galway branch was excellent.. she listened to my request,my budget, her help and knowledge was brillant.
Was in Currys before that..3 members of staff stood chatting. I appolised for distrubing them!!!?? obviously i didnt buy there.
Will be popping back to DID Headford rd again for my next purchases..

Great assistance by Steffy
I was there to buy some electrical stuff, and Steffy helped me to understand minute details of all the possible products. I am very sure that if I had not interacted with Steffy that day, I would have picked up an item that I don't need. I wish all the stores had employees like Steffy.

The service from DID Terryland is…
The service from DID Terryland is second to none. All the staff were really friendly, especially Donal. He helped me find the best replacement appliances and at a really good price. The installer, Damian, was really professional and helpful. When one of the items was delayed, the manager phoned me immediately to explain.
All in all I’m very happy with their service.
