Worst possible experience
I bought 10 days ago a tumble dryer that was supposed to arrive yesterday.
They only left a message the night before to say there was a delay.
I rang several times back and no anwer.
I sent emails and no answer.
I finally got them on the phone to tell me they actually don’t have it anymore.
Awful service. Completely loss of time and money.

Customer service was amazing ! Super friendly , informative. One of the staff members took of her personal watch for me twice to help withy decision ( Elaine) and Damien who served me was super helpful and made my transaction a pleasant experience.
