I have visited Artane DID many times…
I have visited Artane DID many times and this was not exception. I new what I need, but wanted a bit of guidance anyways. DANILLO you were brilliant. 5 stars? If there would be higher score you would get that. Hope you get lovely treat for your great job in shop.

Customer Service - purchase of a new double oven
We purchased a new double oven on Saturday 30th May. Liz looked after us and was extremely helpful, friendly and fully engaged with us. She talked us through the details of the purchase, and gave us all the details on the 5 year insurance, based on previous issues with had in the past, noting not purchased in DID. The experience was a pleasure for us and the customer attention and support was excellent. We even spoke on other issues on electrical appliances we had and Liz was again very informative on how to go about dealing with them. Overall experience was suberb. Definitely be back again.
