I was in DID Lucan today purchasing a few items. Ross was extremely helpful , very professional and friendly.

Been looking very hard for a washing replacement for the house and Daniel in DID Lucan was very good to help us decide. Even offered good deals and discounts!

Luke was extremely helpful and informative in helping us order some new appliances. We never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything and we were delighted with our experience.

Was in the Lucan branch of the store on Sunday the 10th of May, was dealing with Daniel the assistant manager, I must say he was a pleasure to deal with, I originally went in to enquire about a ring camera that I left in for repair, and walked out with a laptop! Daniel gave me store credit for my doorbell and we oicked out a display model laptop and got an extra 10% discount too, very helpful and a credit to the store, will be going back to buy a television soon

When I went in the staff where not busy so I thought, grand at least I’ll get service. I went to the TV area looked around. I needed some assistance and looked around, 4 staff members standing at the cash point, 1 at the back helping 2 other customers. The staff member standing at the back (Daniel) interacted with me even though he was helping and he took details of the item I wanted and said he would get one of the other staff to help me. Daniel was very helpful. When the other staff member came down Daniel told him the item was under my name, this staff member asked me for my mobile number to find the item I told him it was under my name. He insisted on me giving him my number. Surprise surprise he couldn’t find the item. I told him again, you where told it’s under my name so can you check that. Found it. He got my TV and left it at the till. Thankfully Daniel was there to finish the sale.

If it wasn’t for Daniel’s helpfulness and polite manner I think I would have walked out. Daniel’s service was 100%. Unfortunately overall not a great experience.
