The shop was big, quiet, clean and loads of room to look at items. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Austin was especially helpful as I had a big order and he was very patient.

Went to childers Road Limerick store to purchase a Neff Dishwasher last week Dealt with Conor what a Gentleman made the process so easy and was hugely helpful

Conor in Limerick store has been incredible help with finding products and helping me understand the details of them. He has also been super helpful with getting our faulty products fixed up. 5/5 stars definitely recommend

I entered the shop looking for a HDMI cable, I was instantly greeted with a smile. Not only did Conor show me the right cable, he guided me through personalising the right one for my situation. I not only gained a product. But also education on finding the right product for me.

I went in to get ear phones that wouldn’t fall out of my ears while running. Deji came over very professional, showed me the entire range to be fair to him and then even broke down some of the extra features for me and what they did. Really helpful and friendly helped me pick out a pair of good earphones. 10/10 would buy from him again

Just recently purchased an iPhone 17 pro max in silver from the DID store in Limerick. It’s a very sought after colour all over Ireland and difficult to get in most places. Fortunately, Eoin the manager was able to get everything sorted over the phone and made the collection process very easy. Full professionalism from the DID team in Limerick and also shoutout to Deji for showing us around the store and I even purchased a pair of AirPods to go with the phone. Highly recommend the Limerick store and don’t look anywhere else if you’re looking to get any sort of tech/gadgets.
