We were helped by Daniel in the Killarney store this morning and found him to be very helpful and friendly.

I rang before coming in to Killarney store to make sure they have Dyson cool air purifier, and Daniel said they only have 2 in stock. When we came in he sold one already and he kept one for me even though I didn't ask. What a great service and I'm one happy customer!

Daniel was a delight and helped us even if it seemed impossible but made it possible.

Well, when we walked in to DID in Killarney, we were looking at hovers and a lovely and very professional gentleman Nikola was very helpful and talked us through different options for handheld hovers and recommended us the Shark PowerPro and it didn’t take us long to decide that we would go with his choice. On 15th June, I purchased a TV from the DID Electrical store in Killarney and received excellent customer service from Ziaul. The TV I wanted was showing as out of stock on the system, but after I explained that I needed it urgently, Ziaul went above and beyond by checking in the stockroom himself. He managed to find one for me and made sure I could take it home straight away.
