Fantastic Product Knowledge
I bought a pair of earphones a month ago in DID Clonmel from Thomas and I was very impressed with his product knowledge and customer service. I felt that I wasn’t being pushed to buy a more expensive product for the sake of it. He was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I would rate the experience very highly and would return to the store in the future.

Overall the delivery and installation was great.
Last minute hiccup when the installation guys asked if I had a Y piece connector for the water to go to the fridge. Would have assumed this was part of the sizeable installation cost. If I didn't dash to Woodies to get one, they were gonna cancel and come another day!!
