Good and competent service

I have to say the staff in Clonmel DID are amazing with a special mention to Aaron.
I purchased with them in Dec last year and they were so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and just all round super (thanks Aaron and Shakira)
When my washing machine died a sudden death (RIP), I knew exactly where to go!
I looked online and yes, I could have gotten one slightly cheaper in another store but I like good service so went back to DID and got GREAT SERVICE. I can't praise Aaron enough and hope DID know how lucky they are to have him! While I hope I don't have to splash out on anything else for a while, I'll definitely be back when I do!

Alex in store was extremely helpful and professional answering any queries we had and where stock wasn’t available in store he sourced for us. Very happy with our purchase and in store support.

I made a purchase of a dishwasher online, the online staff were less than satisfactory to deal with. However when I contacted the store I spoke with Eoin who was amazing so helpful so understanding and organised everything for me with no hassle or no issues. An absolute star employee who deserves all the recognition in the world! To further my excellent experience with the clonmel store, Alex and Johnny came to install the dishwasher and went above and beyond for me to ensure all was done perfectly and when there was an issue they adapted and fixed it were super kind and polite and so helpful to me. After a bad experience with the online team the company was definitely redeemed with the staff in the clonmel store. I will in future do all my purchases in store with Eoin. Today I went looking for eufy cleaner and hoover bags. Despite the assistant checking the system and confirming he had them. He went out the back and never came back. Another assistant who sat on his phone behind the counter suddenly shouted at me “we don’t have them”. I said “is he not going to come tell me that - to which he replied- he texted me”. Really got the impression they just weren’t interested in my business. I won’t be going again!
