Went to Galway Branch in Ballybrit for a new dishwasher. Karol was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The other staff members I encountered at the checkout were equally as friendly. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely return to this store. Dee, Galway.

Today we were looking at a dishwasher and oven. Vinay was our salesman,he explained all the functions of many appliances to us and ensured we understood each function, which was so nice. He even went into the store room and got an over to show me the colour as it was not on display. Vinay was so helpful and at no stage pushy. His customer service is amazing. He also got my dishwasher delivered the next day. So if you are thinking of buying an appliance head to DID and ask for Vinay. He is a gentleman with all the knowledge you need.

Very disappointing customer service. The receptionist ignored me while talking on the phone and did not make any effort to assist me or show me the available watches when I asked. Considering the price of the products, I expected much better attention. Fortunately, another staff member who arrived later was friendly, professional, and helped me with everything I needed. Customer service at the reception desk definitely needs improvement.

Ayush was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We got the produt we wanted, after some advice, and the price was reasonable and within our budget.
