This Company gave me a brilliant customer service experience. Every aspect of the buying/collection process was informative and enjoyable.
Friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated staff were on hand throughout.
Finally, customers are encouraged to drop in any time for coffee and a chat, if they have any queries or concerns! I found this very reassuring.

Recently I have had my car repaired following its theft. From the initial contact with DickLovetts at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol until my cars return, the service I have received is first class. Nothing has been too much trouble and the service team has made an upsetting time easier. A particular special mention for Josh, Lloyd and Georgia who have ensured I was looked after and kept well informed through the whole process. Very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to buy a used Mini from them, I spoke with one of their sales team and agreed the details.
I was going to drive down to see the them as I live quite far away. I was told the car is available I was then told the Mini has been sold, I still saw it two weeks later on their website so I asked again, yes sir the car you want is still available. Excellent lets finalise the deal and I will come down to see you.
No reply for a week, then sorry sir we have sold the car!
Appalling treatment by this sales person! People need to realise that car sales is a shifty business and the seller needs to get their commission, finance, Life Shine (Auto Glym £15 from Halfords by the way) not £250 nonsense!
I complained and got a call from the sales manager who promised to find me another car but so far I have only received 17 emails from them saying "Don't regret the car that got away" Ironic really seeing as it was them who would not sell me the car!
Not a company I would look to deal with in the future and certainly not bothered about their customers!

Paid £500 to reserve a car and they ended up selling it later on anyway. If you decide to buy anything from here be aware that they may just sell it to someone else regardless if you have made arrangements to go and buy.

First class service from Natasha, nothing was too much trouble. Would be very happy to deal with her again.
Would also like to give Olly a shout out who was very helpful with the delivery/handover.

Charlotte was brilliant. Very knowledgeable about the car I test drove and very professional in the way we were met and supported throughout the appointment. Five star service.

I wouldn't choose any other dealer other than these always looked after really well start to finish

Great experience. I found this BMW dealer in Bristol great. The sales person Harvey Baber was super responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The dealership answered all my questions and really went the extra mile to help me buy a car, which was one of the best I've seen of a particular model in the BMW system.

After very poor Porsche customer service at Solihull and Cheshire, we took our business to D Lovett, Tewkesbury.
The service and customer experience could not have been better and directly influenced our decision to purchase a new vehicle from the dealership.
The showroom is smart & comfortable; a welcome and refreshments on arrival; great selection of vehicles; professional advice & expertise on tap.
It was evident that the team at the dealership enjoyed a rapport and effective management. Sales and technical expertise was excellent, as was follow up customer care and information.

Joke of a garage!

Took my bmw 5 series here for full alignment and took 2 trips due to me driving it away the first time with the steering wheel at 45 degree angle when driving in a straight line.

The first day I dropped it off they rang me saying they snapped a part on the car while trying to take some parts off and made me pay 50% of the cost due to “the nature of the job”.
I paid this thinking they know what they’re doing and my alignment will be spot on.
I then drive it home and the steering wheel was on a 45 degree angle when driving in a straight line.

Took it back the next morning and they said they would sort it out.
I was told it would take an hour to sort and I sat in there waiting room for 4 hours!
They had no remorse, and wasted a lot of time for such a small task.

Allowed me to test ride all the bikes I was interested in. Sorted the finance easily which was not straightforward. Good communication from order to delivery.

After being seriously let down by another BMW dealer, Will Francis at D1ck Lovett stepped in and absolutely delivered. Within 10 days, he sourced, secured, and handed over my new vehicle, and not just any car, but a better spec at a better deal than I was getting elsewhere.

The service was flawless. Super attentive, always available, nothing was too much trouble. Genuinely one of the smoothest buying experiences I’ve had.

From now on, I’ll only be dealing with Will. Highly recommend.

A pleasant experience picking up my new car. Made to feel welcome and given tea, coffee and biscuits. Everything explained and even setup android auto etc. for me to make the journey home easier.

Friendly welcome by reception and Max (Sales) listened to what my car needs were , very friendly and attentive . I never felt rushed .he explained everything very clearly .

Purchased a R1300GS from DickLovett. The process was painless from start to finish. The sales person, Mat, was knowledgeable and friendly in guiding me through the many options.
