Please don’t be put off by the negative reviews. This was our first time ordering and the food was absolutely incredible — honestly exceeded expectations.

We did have an issue with delivery, but that was down to DPD and not the company at all. Diced handled it amazingly. We received a refund straight away and they sent replacement meals as an apology, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated.

I spoke to three different members of the team, all of whom personally called me and kept me fully updated throughout. The level of customer service was genuinely outstanding — they went above and beyond.

I’m a national customer and I just wish they’d open a Diced in Liverpool because I’d be there all the time!

Great service and tasty meals! These guys got battered by couriers not delivering orders but Diced dealt with it in such a fantastic way! First class customer service!

Fantastic meal prep service. Top quality ingredients. Nutritional information clearly labelled. Everything we’ve had has been incredible tasty. Give Diced a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Received my first order today - just a few meals to try it out..was a bit sceptical after some of the negative reviews but there was no need to be - honey seasame chicken was absolutely delicious.. my very fussy 13 year old even had one. Needless to say a larger order going in tonight.

Meals are amazing but If u count macros seriously then its a massive no. Weights not as stated on packaging (packaging now changed since I complained) so your eating way more than you have allowed yourself. Now I know why I maintained for weeks when eating them. Such a shame as taste lovely too

New to ordering with these guys and its been really good so far! Lots of options on the menu and the food is so good! Helping me eat better and saves time as i work full time and a mum

Excellent variety of healthy dishes also catering to range of tastes .portions are generous and would rate this as 5star thoroughly recommended

Item was missing from my delivery on Sunday 14th July.

I used the website contact us form and didn't get a reply by Monday, so I sent an email to the email address of the order confirmation, and the email address on the website (both different).

It is now Thursday 18th July and despite continuously advertising and posting on Instagram, I have still not received any response to any of my contact requests.

Ordered for the first time, was pretty happy with the meals and overall service. Ordered second time, out of 20 meals I received 15 and some pancakes also missing. Been told the missing meals would be delivered mid week however nobody showed up and when I contacted them I’ve been told they forgot. So I’ve asked for a refund for the missing items, over £30 however it’s been well over a week and refund or response nowhere to be seen. There are much better meal prep companies in Scotland such as Super Lean, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Don’t waste your time and money with Diced!

Food arrived a day late. I’ve been charged twice for the food. I’ve tried to get a refund for 2 weeks. They are now ignoring my emails so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. Terrible customer service.

Really rubbish service. My food was ordered on time and delivery paid but they apparently use Royal Mail which is very disappointing. 3 days my meals have been posted and exposed to room temperature with no fridge and I haven't received them still. This is unacceptable and a health risk. When I contact them they pass the blame to Royal Mail knowing fully well that the postal service never works for this type of service. It is never their problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
