Horrible costumer service and cheap ill-fitting clothing

I placed an order online and received it only to find that the skirts I ordered (all 13 of them! )were WAYYYY too small.  My order total was over $200 because I didn't mind to spend the money on good quality skirts as they're hard to find.   I'm so disappointed in these.   I did my due diligence and consulted the size chart,  measured myself, and even ordered a size larger than I anticipated needing so they'd be comfortable.  I ordered 3x skirts which should be plenty large enough.  They are so tight I can't/won't even wear them out of the house.  My friend who regularly wears a size large can wear these and they fit.   
So cheaply made and when I tried to get a refund because of their misrepresentation (to put it nicely) on the sizing chart I was told I can pay to ship them back, then they'll keep 30% of my money, then I am forced to use the remainder OF MY MONEY on more of their cheap ill-fitting clothes. NO THANKS!! According to the one person who I was actually able to reach (by email only) she actually authorized this type of business with the owner. Such poor character on all their parts IF she did indeed speak to them. So disgusted with this transaction!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Amazing

I honestly love all the clothing! Being a plus size woman I find that there's a wide range for me to choose from. My shopping experience has been great and surprisingly fast. I love this site!

Fashion at a good price

Happy with my clothes and the styles
Have always loved them; every store has a few ups n downs items get mixed up but I know they'll always take care of it! Love the sales love the clothes! I spend loads when i shop so it's perfect! Keep it up!

I haven't made a purchase yet but I find myself going back to your site everyday, sometimes numerous times a day and looking at your clothes, and I simply am loving the styles. It's so hard to buy online sometimes but I am feeling very comfortable with your clothes and will most assuredly end up buying soon. The prices and descriptions are outstanding. Thank you for just being you.
