Absolutely vile - avoid like the plague!
This "company" (one man scalping operation) is absolutely vile. Look at their Google reviews where customers have shared screenshots of their conversations: they insult (one message where DHS Toys owner calls a customer a "big p*ssy"), and threaten their customers by saying "we have your address on file d*ckhead" as though they were planning to pay them a visit or otherwise harass them.
Personally, made a pre-order with them but decided to cancel as I found a better price. I called on the day and was assured my cancellation would be completed by the end of the day. I gave it a few hours until closing time was approaching and rang back to check whether it had been processed... but the man (owner I assume) was short, rude and cut me off before I could speak more than once.
At this point I did my research on the company and saw all the terrible reviews online and immediately sent an email as evidence to be used in a chargeback from my bank. When they responded to this, I was called "paranoid" for being concerned about getting my money back despite a litany of reviews from their customers which support that they are scam artists.
They never refunded my pre-orders - having to wait on chargeback. This company will take your money and never deliver and you will have to go through your bank to get your money back.
Jokes on them for having their financial standing ruined and having to pay fees for the chargeback. Just stay well clear, these people should not be running a toy shop/should not be allowed near kids.
