Friendly and enjoyable experience
Enjoyable experience. Michael was friendly, patient and supportive, and had a genuine warmth and was very helpful. He gave me space to make decisions in my own time without imposing or pressurising, stepping back at times to allow me room to think about my choices.

Myself and my daughter were made very welcome by a lovely lady by the name of Debbie (I think) as soon as we walked in the door. She was very helpful throughout and explained everything thoroughly to us. I was "over the moon" with her customer service and she made our visit very enjoyable.
