The sales lady was so good and very helpful her knowledge of the products that was on offer was second to none(she knew sizes off the top of her head)most importantly it was a great experience buying from her and dfs made you feel at ease with no pressure and had alot of options to choose from

I had a great experience today in Stirling, never having owned or even sat in a recliner before, I was given all the help and time I needed to make my decision. I couldn’t have been looked after better. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, excellent customer service, I could not fault anything a fabulous experience all round, I would highly recommend.

The service was good
The service was good, and the assistant didn't pressure. The last thing you want is to be followed around a shop with a sales assistant trying to convince you to buy something that you might not want to buy.
