I had such a positive experience in store thanks to the gentleman (Phil) who served me. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, taking the time to help me plan and choose what would suit my space best.

He was patient, kind, and really listened to what I wanted without any pressure. I especially appreciated that he supported me through the finance process, even though it was something I could have done at home, he offered his help and made it all very easy.

He also gave me space when I needed time to think, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable.

His advice was genuine and thoughtful, and I left feeling confident and happy with my choices. A real credit to the store.

When I first visited my local DFS store, I was approached by a friendly member of staff to ask if I needed help. When I said I would wander around first and seek her out if I had any questions, there was no "pushiness", I was left alone which was great. I didn't buy anything that day, but returned a week later. Georgia assisted me and she was great. Again, no pressure was put on me, even though I was taking a long time to decide! Georgia was friendly and professional and helped me with my purchase, explaining everything clearly, including delivery times. I'm hoping this will be my last suite, but if not, I wouldn't hesitate to visit the Stirling store again.

Staff were able to advise store layout and best areas to look for specific items. Allowed to browse and staff were available when required. Easy process and advice but no pressure on purchase.

Easy day 4 the girls picked my suite online easy purchase bought all the extras 4 years interest free delivery in 2 weeks very happy

The staff in the Stirling store were very helpful and I came away with exactly what I wanted in a suite and also a new coffee table

The staff member was really lovely and went through all the different options with us. Really patient, taking time to break things down when we were making decisions. Didn't feel like he was just 'out to get a sale' or pressuring in any way which is really nice. He is a great asset to the team.

Good couch bought, sales person had a quick chat and didn’t put any pressure on, correctly gauged I’d say. The actual sale was quick and they explained our finance options clearly. We chose to rent a van and collect ourselves which was way cheaper than their own delivery service. Within the local area (3 miles) I expected the delivery to be included in the price of the couch, or say even £50, which we would have paid. Delivery prices offered are honestly shocking, even compared with other companies. £129 for a couch to be taken 5 minutes down the road. If you can’t collect it yourself then I would look elsewhere. The feet supplied with the couch were correct but there were no holes on the base of the couch so we had to drill our own. If we’d contacted them I think this would probably have been rectified but it didn’t seem worth the hassle and we were afraid of having to hire another van and cost ourselves extra. The couch is very nice, but in hindsight not sure if I’d buy from DFS again.
