Great customer service and sofas
Nicky was wonderful and very knowledgeable, without being at all pushy. She talked us through every aspect of our purchase, demonstrating colours on the big screen and being rigorous about it fitting our home. She talked us through all optional extras too.
We can’t wait to get our new sofas delivered! Really impressed not only with the sofas but with such excellent customer service too.

Caroline and the Store Manager at the Stevenage Branch were very friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish. They ran through all the different types of designs etc the store had to offer in what I was looking for.

I had an excellent buying experience…however
I had an excellent buying experience with DFS however everything since then has been well below that . I needed two repairs on a brand new sofa .. was made to feel there was no way I could expect a new replacement. In fact the first repair man reported back I didn’t give him enough time … two hours and he couldn’t fix it seemed a fair amount of time . I was eventually offered £100 as a gesture of goodwill… and two and a half weeks later that hasn’t arrived. I’m afraid after sales service is not good . To have to chase up a gesture of goodwill………! Terrible customer service.
