Great and friendly service. All process was done in a professional but friendly manner. No hard sale, but helpful in regards to what we were looking for

Adam was very polite and knowledgeable . we had decided on the suite we wished to purchase and he helped us go through the process of choosing colours and extras. pointing out all features and going over payment options. All staff very helpful.

We went to hedge end in Southampton the looked very good and very clean, very helpful staff and friendly we would like to say a big thank you to Josh and Joe for your great service and the rest of staff are so happy to talk to when passing by.

We were able to walk round without being bothered by anyone. We were told that if we needed any help they would be happy to. We left the shop after trying many chairs and looked in other shops. We came back to buy the one I wanted and the staff member that served us couldn't have been more helpful, explaining everything we needed to know. A very pleasant shopping experience.

We knew what we wanted, there was no hard sell, gave us time and didn’t pounce the minute we walked in which was such a refreshing change.

Joe was very helpful, naturally helpful, friendly and pleasant to deal with. He explained everything to us and answered our questions clearly.

From entering the store, we were met with friendly , knowledgeable staff. We were not rushed or pressurised. A lovely young man made us all a cup of tea, but the star of the show was the lovely lady, can't remember her name but she had a lovely accent! She couldn't do enough for my elderly mum which was really appreciated. Thank you so much.

We were guided throughout buying our new chair by Faiza. She was absolutely marvellous!!! Considerate at all times - never rushing us, but listening to all our questions, explaining every step of the procedure & what to expect - both at time of delivery & beyond.
