We found the sofa we were looking for…
We found the sofa we were looking for ,the gentleman was so very helpful as we wanted a diferent fabric and colour he gave us options of both and made our choice he was brilliant so we now are awaiting our new sofa we know we have 3 months to wait but it will be worth the wait ,thankyou to the lovely gentleman at DFS

Excellent customer service at Preston DFS
Just bought two 3-seater Leather sofas from Preston DFS. Excellent customer service, we had a lovely gentleman called Denzil that helped us get the right sofas. I highly recommend Preston DFS.

Knowledgeable, and friendly staff on all 3 visits. Welcomed our dog, which made the process of choosing our sofas a lot easier. Had a complimentary coffee whilst doing paperwork. Would highly recommend DFS.

Top notch service
We were greeted at the door by a lovely man called Denzel. He told us the layout of the shop and where we could find what we were looking for.
On picking our sofa Denzel was there again to take us through the sales process. What a top man! So pleasant and easy to talk to. Thank you Denzel!
