Well looked after by sales staff who gave us plenty of time and space to make are choice

Helpful and very knowledgable staff
However, felt a little misled by the ‘deal’ on offer for the Livie 3 and 2 sofas. Quoted as a special price for the two of £1280( or similar) but offer not available on foam cushion version and the advertised price of £699 was now £799 for the 3 seater. All in I ended up with additional £500 approx with a delivery charge of £120!
I guess I’m happy in the end with the service but there seemed a lot of extras on the day.

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS and had a great experience. Leyla who served us was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We never felt rushed and received excellent customer service throughout. A real credit to the team. Found just what I needed, price was good

A great buying, relaxed buying experience. Our genuinely helpful sales assistant Perry made our morning; Informative and not pushy, he was a diamond. After the purchase, we even remained a while longer and chatted to Perry in general, feeling very comfortable and at ease.

Great staff service. Very knowledgeable with the products they were selling. I didn’t feel pressured into buying.

From start to the purchase, the whole experience was a joy. Excellent range to choose from with staff that were helpful but not pushy. Once our minds were made up I was served by a very polite knowledgeable young lady. Layla we found was a first class salesperson who was courteous and knowledgable about the products. Thank you DFS.

The Peterborough DFS team were amazing! Perry and the team were fantastic in giving us space to browse and were on hand to help with any information we needed. Then when it came to purchase they spoke us through each step, made sure we understood and were great in breaking down costs and care of the new sofa! Thank you!

Good, no pressure attention from salesman who was happy to answer general questions without steering me to a particular sofa until I'd narrowed it down to a rather bright orange one I needed to give some accent to a dark grey tv room. Sofa nice, delivery price way more than expected, sales staff absolutely excellent. 10/10 sofa, 2/10 delivery fee, 12/10 sales staff.

I can’t rate Jana highly enough! She was very knowledgable, helpful, patient, and I knew I was in great hands. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. When I buy my next sofa, I hope Jana is still there!

Terrible delivery service. Multiple delays. Missold on guaranteed delivery timeline of 5 weeks due to launch offer on Ted Baker sofas.
I would have gone for something that is in stock and definitely deliverable within 5 weeks had I known that there are chances of delays. Once I placed the order, I was given information on how this is only an estimated time frame and could be delayed and now has been delayed by more than 10 days.

[UPDATE: The origonal delivery date to my home was 26th May with distribution center delivery date being 18th May. and now the delivery to distribution center is 28th May! DFS likes to twist facts as seen below in reply
