Very helpful store assistant.
We went to look at the sofa choices at DFS, l was pleased that we were able to have a good look around the store, then someone came to see if we needed any help, this was so good as we were looking for a certain reclining sofa!.

From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly, professional, and completely pressure-free. Flynn was especially helpful throughout the whole process.
