Great in store experience - poor aftersales communication
Great in store experience, Steve was very knowledgeable and the finance application process was straightforward. Looking forward to delivery of my sofa and coffee table.
Edited to add that sofa ordered on 'Express 7 Delivery" is actually going to be 6 weeks lead time. Poor communication from customer servicer, had to chase multiple times to get acknowledgement that there was a delay.

Excellent in shop service
From arrival to leaving our experience was fantastic, we were dealt with by James who was very helpful and informative, he left us to browse the sofas in the shop on our request then when we had made our decision he was helpful with the choice of fabric and colour, we didn’t feel pressured at all and was very pleased with the whole experience, we have used dfs before and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Such great customer service form the…
Such great customer service form the second we arrived. Searching for a lift & recline chair for my mum, found the one she liked and was served my Rowan. Such a lovely friendly guy, courteous and polite and even got my mum a drink. All information given was accurate and double checked by another team member to make sure what we ordered was correct. Would highly recommend DFS purely for they're friendly and very polite professional service. We will be returning in the near future for the 3 seater settee.

Whoever is in charge needs to get them air conditioning installed, it was too hot to shop let alone work there all day.

Good experience
When i walked in, the salesman (james) asked if we needed help, and let us browse the furniture, and was available if we needed assistance. He was professional, polite and friendly. Giving us advice and guidance on the product. Very pleased with the sale, would definitely recommend them
