The staff was good and patient. He took his time to explain things in details for us and ready to answer any question asked.

We ordered a sofa from DFS. Although the waiting time is quite long, the salesperson was very helpful and made it much easier for us to choose the right sofa.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Elle who dealt with my order. I really enjoyed the experience.

went today to browse for a new sofa, customer service was so good we purchased one. Daniel who worked with us was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. went through all our options ,looked after us with no hassle or obligation to buy. Makes an excellent coffee too. looking forward to recieving the goods and hope the quality is as good as the instore service.

Great service, lovely staff

Customer service is excellent. Josh was very helpful and had some good advice. Good selection of chairs and sofas in store. Previous experience has shown that DFS sofas are good quality and last many years.

The member of staff was excellent when she came out of the office to ask if she could help us with anything, she was very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly, the other member of staff who came over to verify our order was lovely and knowledgeable to.

There were 2 things I was not keen on was that we had to stand outside the office to get there attention, ( I know you don’t do hard sells which is great) but it felt awkward and maybe other people may have just left .
The other thing was having to wait a bit of time to get it verified , I know why you do it but it does make you feel like something is wrong and you feel a bit judged.

Everyone looked after so and great range of sofas

Daniel at the Lincoln store was extremely thorough with showing us all the possible available options. Made the ordering process smooth and seamless.

No pressure sales elle was fantastic fully explained everything would recommend her to others as the salesperson to go to

Selecting my new suite was a pleasant and helpful experience. I found chatting with Daniel, who was very professional, put me at ease and answered all my questions. He went through everything in detail with me.
