fantastic level of customer service delivered by Linda in your limerick store. Upon arriving to your store , I was greeted by a staff member downstairs and let me know he was there for any questions etc I may have. As I went upstairs I spotted a couch I liked , and obviously sat in it. Linda, who was with a customer at the time and began to go downstairs, came down to where I was at the back of the shop to let me know she would be coming back and also, to see if I needed any help. upon her return , she made the whole process so easy and understandable and god knows I had plenty of questions regarding colours, styles arrangements etc, all of which she answered clearly and concisely for me. after everything was finalised , she offered me a tea or coffee while she was getting the paperwork done. All in all , an absolute delight to do business with and would happily recommend Linda in your limerick store, indeed DFS as a whole to anyone interested in getting a couch .

We recently purchased a sofa from DFS Limerick and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Linda. She was truly wonderful from start to finish, so kind, helpful, and informative. Linda took her time with us, answered all our questions, and never once made us feel rushed or under pressure. She was great fun to deal with and made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Thanks to Linda, buying our sofa was a really pleasant experience, and we would definitely return to her for any future purchases. Highly recommend!

The assistant lora made me and my daughter feel at ease and told us to take our time before deciding gave me all the information I needed I will recommend my friends to ask for lora any time

The lady was so helpful and great at helping us with or lines of inquiry for a sofa and would recommend her assistance anyone who may have concerns about picking out the right sofa 10/10 service

Very professional. Very informative and answered any questions we had.
Darren was very thorough on going through the cleaning aspects/stain removal etc. and he explained all the delivery process and timelines. All staff were extremely helpful. .

We were buying a sofa and first time we went to DFS in Limerick, we were met with very friendly and accommodating staff. We were met with smiling faces and staff had answers to all the questions we had and were more than happy to show us around. Second time we went there to actually buy a sofa and we were served by Omar. Very knowledgeable young salesman, focused on customer's satisfaction. Answered all of our questions, recognised our needs, so we were happy to purchase a few extras we didn't even consider until that point. Highly recommended shop, with service level at such a high standard, most other shops just can't match.

After going to several different sofa supplier showrooms I went to DFS , I first met Omar on the 02/01/2025 who gave excellent advice which helped me make the decision to come back to the Limerick show rooms once I had measured up based on Omar's advice. The next day I met Laura to discuss the purchase . Laura is probably one of the most helpful and friendly sales person I have ever met. She was honest , sincere and gave me confidence I was making a good choice , her knowledge and expertise went beyond her years. I have worked in senior management roles for over 20years and I would say she is a future star of your business.

Brilliant experience from start to finish at DFS Limerick. From the moment we walked in the door, we were met with a warm welcome and friendly smiles. The sales staff were fantastic, everything was explained clearly and very professionally, with no pressure at any stage and even made time for our kids which we appreciated. Excellent service and great sales staff - highly recommended. Looking forward to our new sofa.

Update: delivery date arranged, timeslot confirmed. Day arrived .. and no couch. No communication, left waiting all day. Could only get through to UK call centre who didn't have access to the Irish delivery system. I also tried a bot .. who could only apologise.

I paid in full on the day of order.. a disgrace. Terrible business practice.

Omar was very friendly, and helpful and gave great tips on how to keep my funriture at its best.
