I recently visited DFS and had an excellent experience thanks to Charlie. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish offering thoughtful options, sharing knowledge that was genuinely second to none, and guiding us without ever being pushy. It felt like she truly wanted us to find what suited us best. Her friendly approach and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Staff allowed us to browse at leisure before talking to us.Phil approached us, listened to our requirements, was knowledgeable about relevant products, assessed the situation and provided us with an alternative that he discussed with us and allowed us to make our minds up without pressure. Once sale was agreed he explained everything in full and in a way that made it easy to understand. He used his experience to make the whole process easy for us.

Staff experience was excellent, Aaron and Colin were the 2 staff we dealt with, and made the experience of shopping for furniture a pleasure rather than a chore. Choices were provided, advice given regarding care of furniture after discussing use we would put it through so that it meets our needs. They were patient in listening to our requirements and happy to figure things out with us. Discussion and advice regarding payment options that met with our approval, everything was easy with no pressure. We had a comfortable pleasant experience, with all our questions answered from 2 very knowledgeable staff who are a credit to the store.

Both our sofas arrived FAULTY, DAMAGED & STAINED. Manager does not want to resolve it fairly, he seems to think we can buy a new sofa and they can just come and "fix" it, NO we not expect a brand new sofa or should i say sofas to be FIXED! Would never recommend DFS at all
