Amazing customer service

The DFS assistant Arron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I did not feel pressured into making my decision to purchase, but knew that he was available to help should I need it. The showroom was clean, well laid out and I was able to enjoy looking at the stock. Well done DFS.

Colin was very professional and knowledgeable he was able to find us the perfect set of furniture for us, he wasn't pushy but answered our questions as asked

Very helpful efficient staff. I had looked at my options on line but wanted to sit on the sofas to decide which one I wanted. I was given all the information I needed by them to make a decision. Very happy customer from sales experience but was quite shocked @ the £120-00 charged for delivery- the sofa I chose was£587 in total thought £60 would have been enough to pay for delivery .

The Kings Lynn staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Colin gave us lots of choices to make sure that we were picking the correct sofa for our needs.
He gave us all of the information about additional products and upgrades before getting us the best final price and discount combination. The coffee was also genuinely very nice. We were pleased with your overall service.

The staff were so friendly i told Arron that I liked the way they came up and asked us if we needed help and we were fine he then said call us if you need us i then had 3 cups of your hot chocolate as I had to return home and measure again came back and Arron helped us through the purchase a great experience very pleased with everyone there, all friendly and helpful.

Welcoming and friendly staff but this store did not have all of the sofas thart we were interested in buying.
