DFS Furniture - Inverness Recensioni 

We visited on two occasions. The first visit we were “just looking”. We were given excellent advice and help by Jenny. On our second visit, a week later, Helena helped us with our final choice and even helped us with carpet samples that we brought into the store to help with the colour choice.

Nice and easy way to buy a sofa to replace our 13 year old one we got from them last time, Helena the sales rep was upfront and so helpful when we were asking 20 questions and impeccable service . We used DFS again as the last time was just as smooth a process.

The lovely lady that helped me buy my bed was amazing!! So helpful , she really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect bed! Very patient and made the bed buying experience so much easier,quicker & actually enjoyable. Such a shame she is heading back to your Glasgow shop in a few weeks but wishing her the best. Customer service was fantastic- unfortunately can't remember the name of the sales person in store, but he was personable, enthusiastic and had great humour, all whilst remaining professional and taking me through the various options.

Fantastic. We visited twice before we picked the sofa we wanted and never felt under pressure. Everyone was so friendly we hade time to discuss what we wanted and didn’t want. Excellent service

Jen and harry were great, explained what was in the showroom then left us to look around which was good. They were aka very visible so we could ask questions anytime. They didn’t pressure or rush us when we were debating which sofa to choose.

Staff was very helpful; we chose our sofa in about 1 hour.

Staff were exellent about explaining sofas and knew sizes of the top there heads so I could work out what would work even got a coffee while we debated what to do and ended up getting exactly what I needed 10:10 to the guy and girl for all there help today

SALES GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NEVER PUSHED US FOR A SALE

We got the cinesound showcase reclining couch with lumbar and adjustable head rests. While the wait was a bit long, the couch was well worth it. It’s a gorgeous piece and super comfortable. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The customer service has most certainly improved. We had gone into the store about a year or so ago and was not acknowledged, but Jennifer and her team were very kind and helpful. We can’t thank you enough. Absolutely thrilled.

Today we were served by Fisaya. From the moment we entered the store she was so lovely, friendly and helpful. I knew what I was looking for before going, she helped make my shopping experience extra special. Fisaya couldn't do enough to help, she explained in detail every step of our new purchase.
She was so warm and friendly I left the shop feeling I'd known her a long time. Thank you so much

The staff were great , they asked if they could help us when we went into the store we said we were just browsing . When we found what we were looking for and purchased the products the staff went over and above board for us
