Good experience
James was very welcoming when we arrived at store. We received great customer service, despite being indecisive and unsure what we were looking for, he walked around with us and helped us explore all options before helping us find our dream sofa. We are looking forward to receiving our order and will definitely be back.

The welcoming as soon as you come…
The welcoming as soon as you come through the doors and then them letting you browse and just making themselves be seen if you need assistance. James went through my order and made sure I understood what I had ordered and he even did a wee upscale of a foot stool/ pedestal which I didn’t think of but love the idea of having one.

James was an brilliant advisor. He talked us through a few choices and groupings until we decided upon our purchase. Everything was explained indepth in a lovely unpressured way. I am extremely happy with the service we recieved and cannot praise James enough for his expertise.

Elaine was very helpful with giving me as much information possible and the information was giving so it was easy to understand , was also made to feel like I did not have to rush with the decision that I made while choosing my sofa . All in all a brilliant experience.
