Nicky at the Derby branch was very helpful from start to finish with our purchases.

We ordered our Carlisle sofas from the French Connection range today at DFS Meteor Centre Derby and wanted to say a huge thank you to Amie for all of her help.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional from start to finish. Nothing felt too much trouble and she took the time to explain all the options available to us, helping us feel completely confident in our choice. Her friendly approach and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

It’s so refreshing to receive such genuine customer service these days. We’re absolutely delighted with our order and can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive.

Recently purchased a sofa and the process was easy and straight forward. The member of staff that helped us, Dominic, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information and let us know what was available to us in terms of payment plans and extras for the sofa. I would have preferred that we were asked more directly whether or not we wanted some of the additions to the sofa ie. The non slip feet. However I understand this is a business strategy and not one of the individual. The process was smooth and as someone that has not purchase a sofa before, I worried it would be a little overwhelming but Dominic put me at ease straight away with his friendly yet professional nature. Highly recommend.

The team at DFS were very friendly and knowledgable, and spent time talking to us about all of the options available. There was no rush or pressure to make any decisions.

Nicky was friendly, patient and really helpful. Our first time purchasing a sofa and Nicky made it a really pleasant stress-free experience, offering her expert advice and giving us space to discuss whilst letting us know she was on hand. Browsing in store with ease without hindrance from staff, but staff were available when asked for advice and guidance, Ann Marie and Nickie were helpful staff members today

Purchased our leather 3 seater sofa from the Derby Store.Mark made the process quick and easy explaining everything in depth a very knowledgeable colleague.

We were well served by Mark who was very knowledgeable about the product, as well as having an understanding of the needs of our generation as retirees. We did find he did more talking than listening, but he is very good at his craft.
There was a good range of choice and we were impressed with the quality available.
