We’ve had item from you along time ago. We thought of going to DFS for a look around. Was very pleased with loads to choose from. We pick the one we like and the lady was very friendly and explaining every thing. We thought the store was nice and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and were also happy for us to take our time while we decided exactly what we wanted.

Ordered a sofa & cuddler chair at DFS Derby today, and I was very pleased with the service I received. Dominic was very helpful and listened to what I said I needed. He pointed out relevant things in relation to what I needed and then left us to look. He came back when I had made my decision and politely went through the ordering process with me. Great staff member !

What an easy experience buying a new sofa. No pushy salesperson or hard sell.
When we decided on our new sofa , the salesperson sat with us and gave us a price including delivery.
Very smooth and easy transaction.
Can’t wait for the new sofa now 😁

I was very clear on what I wanted and spoke with a young manager who explained and took her time with helping me choose all options were explained however no pushy sales techniques which I appreciated. The process was checked by two members and that was efficient. All staff were present and worked like a team

We were very impressed with the choice of furniture & cost but felt really comfortable, browsing at our own pace. Dominic was exceptionally good, giving us plenty of advice (& patience!) when needed but also allowing us to look round and discuss things on our own. We're now looking forward to our chairs being delivered.
