Very helpful. Made time for customers

Having checked online beforehand regards the exact sofa we wanted. So, we headed straight into the store, where we where greeted with a coffee prior to seeing salesperson.
The whole experience that we got from the female sales (apologies forget your name), was perfect. She explained the whole sales process, costs, insurance and our required delivery date.
Can't fault the process anywhere, defo recommend this store.

I had only popped into the store in Crawley Town Centre with my son on a whim. We'd been looking for a new sofa but weren't in any rush. As we walked around, we saw one we quite liked! The sales assistant was absolutely fantastic! She was quick, friendly and transparent. She was amazing with my son as well (who loved the recline buttons on the store model). She explained everything so clearly and well that I made a purchase there and then! I never felt pressured into anything, and was so incredibly kind to us. She is an asset to your store for sure!

We went to DFS in Crawley today to look at a new sofa, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and not pushy and just let us have a good look around and try out the sofa’s and chairs, when we finally found what we were looking for we waited patiently for a member of staff to come and help us with our purchase as they were very busy, Paula came and sat down with us and went above and beyond to help us, she was kind, patient and extremely helpful. Everything was explained throughout the sale. There was a technical problem at the end of our purchase and Paula and the Manager and 2 other lovely members of staff sorted it all out for us and we are now looking forward to getting our new furniture. So we just wanted to say a huge thanks to the staff at DFS Crawley.

Taking great care over my relatively small purchase she ticked every ‘customer service box ‘and found me exactly what I needed ( and it was not in store so not the easiest find )

Really good customer service talked through all options and asked wha we needed.
The price of the extended warranty/care wasn’t discussed, I knew I wanted it but wasn’t consulted with the price.

Purchase involved sofa and associated items - we were listened to rather than being 'sold'...full screen images of various options provide on a wide screen was helpful. Financial paperwork was straight forward with confirmation emails received within 30 minutes. Process was easy, simple and straight forward.

Went into the Crawley store to buy a sofa, the assistant I was speaking to was helpful to a point where one of her colleagues needs her help with something, she went and never came back to me, when I went to look for her she was serving someone else, so I left, and ordered online. I didn’t get my questions answered so I hope I have ordered correctly.

The sales person was very friendly and explained the whole process very clearly. She answered all my questions and had a good manner.

Tom at the County Mall, Crawley branch was polite, attentive & explained everything to us.
He had a good knowledge of the product & gave clear advice. He was not pushy or tried to sell anything extra.

Sales person was really welcoming. I like the fact that she informed me of the insurance and care package but didn't try to push me into buying them. From a customer service point of view I would definitely recommend going into a store a speaking to a real person.
