I went into the Crawley store today and was greeted by the lovely Brook and derren, they were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful they made the process of buying a sofa very quick and easy! Thankyou so much :)

All the staff are professional and helpful, before and during placing my order. Zoe did the paperwork for me while I sat and enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee she'd made. I'm now looking forward to my new, made to order sofa to arrive.

I had such a positive experience at DFS and really wanted to take the time to share it.

I recently went through a very upsetting situation where I was scammed buying a sofa elsewhere, so I arrived feeling quite anxious and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked into the store, the team were incredibly kind, understanding and genuinely caring.

A special thank you to Zoe, who was absolutely amazing. I explained what had happened, and she went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to listen, reassured me, and made the whole process feel safe and comfortable again. There was no pressure at all, just genuine kindness and support.

What really touched me was how much she wanted to help — she arranged additional items at no extra cost and gave me a discount. She didn’t have to do any of that, but it made such a difference after what I had been through.

I left the store feeling emotional, but in a good way — just really grateful to have been treated with such compassion and respect.

I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive for my family — thank you so much to Zoe and the team for restoring my trust and turning a very negative experience into such a positive one. It truly meant a lot.

Paula was friendly, helpful and professional. I made several visits to the Crawley store before choosing the sofas we purchased and she made sure to explain everything to us. I cannot review the sofas as they are yet to be delivered and used but if they are as good as Paula's service, we will be very happy

She adviced me very well, she knows her job really well, she is professional, very kind, polite and she is really good at what she is doing, she is amazing ! Returning customer and we were fortunate to have the same sales lady as 2 years ago prior. This time I was looking for a recliner chair to help with my disability. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and understood all my needs. Time wasn’t a problem for her and found me the perfect chair. This lady is a credit to DFS Crawley

We were initially given sufficient time to look around the shop, whilst having been acknowledged we weren't subjected to overbearing sales staff. When we were ready Paula approached us and enquired as to what we were interested in. Having explained what we were interested in, Paula took us through the various options, size, fabric, protection etc. My wife was provided with a coffee. We agreed on what we wanted and the order was processed swiftly with explanation of the next steps and delivery process. The whole experience was professional.

Very friendly staff, easy process. Not keen on delivery charge, should be built into price of goods.
