The staff in Mahon Point Cork were lovely and very helpful.
The finance option was a disaster. I didn’t know it was a full on online application, I thought I could just fill something out at the shop. The website crashed and I ended up going back to Mahon point to pay for the couch.

Received excellent customer service from both the sales person and their manager. They went through everything and were very clear with us to make sure the order was correct and we understood how the finance would work. Would definitely go back

Great service and choices
All The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, paula helped us choose what we were looking for and guided us to the best colour and fabric choices , and the much needed coffe and the end was lovely

My Wife and I had an excellent experience buying a suite of furniture in DFS Mahon Cork. We met Katie our Store Advisor who was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all of the suites that we looked which made our final choice so much easier. She guided use through every step of the purchasing and delivery process with real professionalism, explaining the lead-in times on the suite we chose. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely impressive. We met with the Manager, Joe, complimenting him on the really magnificent Store and choices available. We have no hesitation in recommending DFS Mahon as a customer centric Store.
