Scammers. Stay away from them. We ordered sofa when initially they said waiting time was 8w. Sofa arrived after 10w damaged and ripped. We didn't accept it. 4 days later still no phone call no refund. We logged it with consumers court and consumer centre in Ireland. Bunch of scammers. They will take your money and send you damaged product. Then no apology no refund. Scandalous unprofessional disgraceful pseudo company.
Manager is Cork store absolutely doesn't care about customer service, they fail to provide good quality product money leeches

Helpful in store
However it’s a pain trying to schedule delivery. They insist on ringing during working hours from unknown number and can’t schedule online.
They then will only say the day not time- and say you pay additional fee if reschedule

My entire experience with DFS furniture was amazing. The couch is probably the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on, and superb quality. It was expensive, but worth every cent, it's sturdy and luxurious. Every visitor and family member that see it always want to know where I got it. The staff were very helpful and overall experience was great.

This is my third sofa from dfs and each buying experience has been excellent.I was given all options and address to help me make my final choice.

Having had a problem with one of your previous products, we were welcomed and assisted in a professional and friendly manner, resolving the issue with a replacement. The products are definitely of high quality and comfortable.

Zero stars from us. Disgraceful pathetic service. They sent invalid link and we cannot track the item we ordered. I reported this twice and nothing was done about it. No new link provided, zero help.
The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism are shocking.
We paid 3.5k for the sofa and were told max waiting time is 8w. Its been 10w now and still no delivery. Assistant Manager in Cork store was extremely rude. I questioned all negative online reviews and she said they are irrelevant...thats how they value customer review, for them its irrelevant. Store Manager from Cork called me from blocked number (extremely unprofessional) and disconnected during the call as he couldnt simply explain why they fail to deliver.
Definitely we will never order again and do not recommend !!

We had a great experience at DFS. Paula was very helpful and professional—she even brought a measuring tape to help us figure out if the footstool would fit, which made a big difference.
The manager also came over to check everything and thank us, which was a really nice touch. Overall, lovely service and a very positive experience.

Very good expetience in store

We have been there twice, and it is a real pleasure dealing with the Cork Mahon branch team. They are all so helpful and informative, and they answered all of our questions. Today was our second visit, and because of how Joe welcomed and treated us as well as explaining everything patiently, we decided to place our order.

Joe is a true gentleman and made the entire process so easy. He explained everything clearly, making us feel confident in our purchase.
