The staff member that helped me (can't remember her name long hair brown in ponytail) was absolutely EXCELLENT she had a huge knowledge of the sofas that would suit my requirements, was very enthusiastic and personable- couldn't praise her highly enough

Postive in-store experience
I haven't yet received my sofa bed but my purchasing experience in store was very positive, and when I had a subsequent query, the call centre had the store revert to me very quickly to deal with it. So far I am happy!
