Very patient staff
Very patient staff. Made several mistakes with door, corridor and room measurements but staff assisted me at every turn until all was right. Very respectful and professional. I recommend dfs any day

Excellent customer service
Fantastic service in-store when ordering my sofa. Due to delays in the moving process, the team were so helpful in arranging to hold my sofa for as long as possible before my moving-in date once the sofa was ready. Their communication throughout was brilliant, and a delivery date was swiftly organised ASAP. My sofa has now been delivered (I love it!), and the whole process was handled excellently - thank you!

From the moment we walked in the staff…
From the moment we walked in the staff were welcome and very helpful. We asked about 2 different sofas and they pointed them out for us. Made us a drink and left us to make our decision. This is how I like to be treated by not hovering around us. We made our decision and ordered with Ian who was helpful from the beginning. He made it really easy and clear and we always have DFS sofas so knew we would order again.
