On purchasing a sofa
On purchasing a sofa , I was impressed with the service offered , allowed to browse without being pressurised.
Salesman very knowledgeable about the settees that I enquired about, and offered solutions on getting the item into my house .

When we arrived we were left to wander after a while asked if we needed help, said we were just browsing, no problem, 2 hours later went back, same gentleman do we need help now, yes please, 3 coffee tables bought in minutes, quick, polite and efficient. Thankyou

Great experience
We had a nice relaxed look round the store with no pressure from the sales people who had introduced themselves to us when we entered the store, once we had tried a few and decided on the one we went to an assistant to fill out the relevant paperwork which was explained thoroughly and informatively.
