We bought, very helpful.
Only problem we have no phone number directly to the shop had keep ringing customer service for them call us back , when it was just a simple question, we would of liked on our email full description of the Sofa colour, would had liked paper work with it all on what we paying for . Thank you again Fudu for your help. Also please thank Darren for his help , Darren and Fudu went out of there way .

There was a lot of confusion about the delivery and whether we could arrange delivery by ourselves.Also we bought the cleaning kit along with the sofa however it was not delivered with the sofa.

He was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sofa to suit our needs and budget.

His excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. We really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. The store is light, bright and airy. Lots of different styles without being overwhelming.
Very friendly staff who were on hand for assistance but not pushy.

The shop was well setvout and clean. The staff acknowledged me but did not fuss to help. I was given time to look around when i made my choice Matt helped me with the paperwork. Offered additional services but did not pressure me to buy them. Quick good service. Pleasant staff.
