Emily was amazing from start to finish. She treated us with respect, made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and even shared a few laughs with us along the way. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Excellent customer service and a fantastic salesperson. We really appreciated her help and would highly recommend her.

Left in peace to browse until we were ready to buy, then a nice service experience.
We were left alone to wander around the store and try out different furniture at our leisure, without the pressure of staff hovering or coming over to check if we needed anything, which can be really annoying when you need to take your time over an expensive purchase. When we did finally settle on a couch it was easy to get the attention of a member of staff. They were very polite, helpful and explained everything clearly. Happy with the purchase and the service.

Ordered a Rug. No delivery. No updates
Ordered a rug instore. Paid in store. Paid for delivery. No probs. Nice staff. Email said delivery on day X. Date but no time. Lets just assume the customer will sit at home and wait all day. 2 days later. No delivery. No update. Can't review the product, but even if its fab.. I'll buy elsewhere next time because I have a life to live. Not sitting at home waiting on DFS.

The two girls who helped us were fabulous. I think one was Charlene and I’m sorry to say I forget the other girls name.They were patient friendly and knowledgeable. We also get great value. Thank you

Quite a neutral experience in store
Quite a neutral experience to be honest. I went into the store, walked around a bit found with my son. I was not greeted by anyone, nor was I asked if I needed assistance... Eventually however I found something myself on the sales floor that suited my needs at the right price.
I had quite a difficult time finding any staff in the store to complete the purchase however. After walking about for a short while I eventually sighted someone with a clipboard and that person then nominated another lady to assist.
There were zero pleasetries, just a bit of paperwork, would I like insurance , then cash changed hands and I was handed a booklet.
The experience in store was entirely robotic & transactional. Nobody stood out, nobody was overtly friendly, just a get in & get out kind of thing, not even a handshake.
In itself this is fine, it won't impact on my consideration of DFS as a place to purchase furniture in future but nothing about the experience has endeared me to the brand.
